Nat was reliable, knowledgable of the market, and super responsive. Our house sold quickly but in large part because of advice he gave us before the house hit the market. Consequently, we were able to take care of some small items in advance that did not become tripping points for potential buyers. Also his advice on how to "stage" the house for presentation was helpful and I think made the house show really well.
